Our Operational Model – More Than Just a White Box

We are a small operator with a big heart and a passion for creating uniquely designed homes based on the property's character and layout. 

Every housing project begins with an on-site walkthrough together with our interior designer. We always aim to create unique homes where our customers feel welcome and where a homely atmosphere is created as soon as you step through the door.

We always renew the home's surfaces in collaboration with local partners, and the scope of the project depends on the property's original condition. All furniture is purchased separately for each specific home, and wherever possible we try to find as much recycled and second-hand furnishings as we can.
