BJORKVIK Accommodation Packages
BJORKVIK offers three different levels of accommodation packages for longer stays of at least 30 days. These packages are designed to meet various needs, ranging from business trips to long-term accommodation and a more carefree living experience. All BJORKVIK apartments are fully furnished and well equipped, and unless otherwise stated or agreed, the accommodation packages always include the contents listed below.
BJORKVIK Standard
The basic package, which includes everything necessary for comfortable and functional living:
- Workstation
- Electricity, water and unlimited internet connection (WiFi)
- Smart TV
- Washing machine and dishwasher
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Bedding and towels
- Iron and cleaning equipment
- Parking space
- Starter pack of essentials (toilet and kitchen paper, washing-up liquid, hand soap and shower gel)
- Final cleaning
- Possibility to pay by invoice
BJORKVIK Easy
Everything included in the Standard package, plus added comforts:
- Weekly cleaning
The cleaning service includes basic cleaning of the apartment as well as changing bed linens and towels. The service ensures the accommodation remains clean and fresh throughout the stay. - Replenishment of basic supplies
BJORKVIK Premium
All the services of the Easy package, as well as extra security and peace of mind:
- Cancellation protection
- Damage protection

Price List (VAT 0%)
- BJORKVIK Standard - 1 200€/month
- BJORKVIK Easy - 1 495€/moth
- BJORKVIK Premium - 1 695€/month
- Lisävierasmaksu (1 vieraan jälkeen) - 300€/month
In connection with accommodation packages, we always prepare a separate rental agreement with you. This allows us to better take your wishes and needs into account—for example, regarding accommodation, invoicing, or other arrangements—so that your experience with our services will be as positive and smooth as possible.
The rental agreement will be sent to you by email, and it will be signed electronically.

Step 4: We will contact you
⏱️ You will receive a response within one business day confirming the details.
Step 5: Rental agreement
📄 We will send you an electronic rental agreement for signing.
